The affected airports include:
- Amritsar, in Punjab, close to the Pakistani border
- Srinagar Airport, located in Indian-occupied Kashmir
Domestic carriers have informed passengers that flight suspensions will continue until Saturday.
🚨 Major Airlines Cancel Hundreds of Flights
India’s largest domestic airline, IndiGo, canceled 165 flights on Wednesday.
Other carriers, such as Air India and Air India Express, also canceled a significant number of flights.
Due to the closure of Amritsar Airport, Air India diverted two international flights to New Delhi.

Travelers across India are being advised to check with airlines before departure, as more cancellations and diversions may follow if tensions continue.
